 Steps for Registration

*New Online Registration Form for 24-25 School Year, please review the steps below carefully.*

1. Review the Student Handbook and sign the Student Handbook Acknowledgement Form and upload it through the online registration form.
2. Complete and submit the registration form below.
3. Upon completing the online registration form, it will redirect you to PayPal to collect your registration fees and first month’s tuition.
4. Schedule an Arabic language assessment with an instructor, to ensure proper placement for Arabic class.
5. Upon approval for admission, you will be emailed class information and will be assigned a teacher.

Parents or guardians agree and understand that a 30-day written notice of withdrawal must be submitted before the first date or of the program that parents, or guardians wish to withdraw the child from the program.

Notice should be turned in by email to sws@islamicservices.org If notice is received 30 days prior to official withdrawal date, auto payment will stop after 30 days of notice. If no notice is received, auto payment will continue till the end of the registration period.
